This course will provide an introduction the Laserfiche Workflow Designer, which is the interface where workflows and business processes are created and managed. Laserfiche Workflow is an extremely important and powerful, built-in component of the product suite since it provides the ability to build repeatable patterns of activity that can be completely automated or dependent on end user interaction.

• Training will include a review of:

  • Launching the Workflow Designer

  • Preparing a new workflow for configuration

  • Viewing The Activity Toolbox

  • Workflow Design within the GUI

  o Adding and configuring Commonly used activities

  o Building a sample workflow

  • Publishing a workflow

  • Defining Starting Rules

  • Using the Rule Manager
